We currently offer email-based support only. Most issues — billing questions, file processing errors, and account changes — are resolved quickly by email. Business plan customers can request priority support.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard under Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees apply.
